Lugo is the underdog here, but is a cunning and risk-taking player with Black.
He will also be playing for a Win. An endgame would favor Pascal. We expect a bloody fight with no draw offers.

vs. Matt Herman:
We have sparse data for AJM. He should avoid any
Queen Pawn openings, where MH defends best.
But we have to put our money on Matt, who is at his peak strength, to win this one.
